Market Update: Nov-Jan 2020

Condos continue to dominate the Belmar market with 6 selling in the past 3 months while only 2 townhomes sold in the same period. Active inventory is currently low (3 units) which is typical for the market early in the year, but there are also 4 units under contract. Value remains strong for both condos and townhomes and is heavily dependent on the condition and location of the unit. Mortgage rates are still at historic lows which has contributed to the sustained demand in Belmar and Denver as a whole. Demand tends to peak in March, April, and May, so if you’re considering selling, now is a great time to start the conversation!
